The Problem

Manual work is quietly taxing your margins.

01

Hours Lost to Repetition

Your team spends the majority of its week on tasks a machine could handle: data entry, follow-ups, report generation, status updates. That is payroll spent on busywork, not growth.

02

Enquiries That Go Unanswered

Leads arrive at 2 AM, on weekends, and public holidays. Without an always-on system, every missed message is a missed conversion. Response time is a competitive weapon you are not using.

03

Knowledge Trapped in People

Your best processes live in one person's head. When they are busy, on leave, or gone, everything stalls. A knowledge system that thinks and retrieves changes that permanently.

Three pillars of
AI automation

Every engagement starts with understanding your bottleneck. We engineer a custom system from one of three domains. Or combine all three into a unified automation layer for your business.

01

Workflow Automation

We map your manual processes, inventory checks, invoice generation, order fulfilment, stock alerts, approvals, and replace them with intelligent workflows that trigger, execute, and report without human intervention. Integrated with your existing tools: ERP, CRM, accounting software, POS systems. This extends to content and marketing operations: drafting on-brand copy, scheduling social posts, sending campaign emails, and compiling performance reports on a set cadence.

02

Conversational AI & Agents

We deploy AI agents that speak to your customers via website chat, WhatsApp, or voice. They qualify leads, book appointments, answer complex questions, and escalate to humans only when needed. These are not scripted bots. They reason, adapt, and remember context across an entire conversation.

03

Knowledge Base Systems (RAG)

Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), we build AI systems trained on your own documents, past proposals, compliance requirements, and internal policies. Ask it any question and it retrieves the right answer from your data. Not from the internet.

What we can
build for you

Illustrative scenarios

These examples show the kinds of systems we engineer. Every project is scoped from scratch to match your exact workflow. No two builds are the same.

Workflow Automation

Auto-Invoicing for a Multi-Branch F&B Chain

Manual invoice generation across multiple outlets can require several staff hours daily. An AI-triggered invoicing system integrated with the POS generates, formats, and dispatches invoices automatically at order close, with zero manual input.

Conversational AI

WhatsApp AI Agent for a Property Agency

Inbound enquiries that go unanswered kill intent. A WhatsApp AI agent can qualify buyers, book viewings, and notify agents with a full conversation summary. The human only steps in when a buyer is ready.

Workflow

Intelligent Inventory Restocking for a Retail Chain

An AI inventory monitor tracks velocity, predicts depletion, and auto-raises purchase orders with suppliers before a shelf goes empty.

Example
Agents

AI Voice Booking Agent for a Dental Group

An AI voice agent handles inbound booking calls around the clock: understanding treatment types, checking calendar availability, confirming by SMS.

Example
RAG

AI Project Estimator for a Construction Firm

A RAG system trained on years of past proposals produces a structured cost estimate in minutes. Senior estimators spend days on this manually.

Example
RAG

Local Compliance Auditor for a Professional Services Firm

An AI auditor trained on current policy frameworks flags non-compliance instantly across every document in your archive.

Example
Workflow

Automated Onboarding Pipeline for an HR Team

New hire documentation, system provisioning, and day-one communication flows triggered automatically from a single form submission.

Example
Agents

24/7 Customer Support Agent for a SaaS Product

An AI agent handles tier-1 support tickets, resolves common issues, and escalates to humans with full context when needed.

Example
Workflow

Content & Social Engine for a Marketing Team

An AI system drafts on-brand posts, schedules them across channels, and compiles weekly performance reports, turning a multi-day content cycle into a hands-off pipeline.

Optional Interface Layer

A front end,
when you need it.

By default, your automation runs quietly in the background. When you need to see it, control it, or hand it to your team, we can build a user-facing layer on top: dashboards, apps, or embedded widgets, designed around how you work.

Web Dashboards

Live views of automation activity, logs, override controls, and reporting panels, accessible from any browser.

Mobile Applications

Flutter-based Android and iOS apps for teams that manage operations on the go. Approval flows, alerts, and escalations in their pocket.

Embedded Widgets

Chat interfaces, AI forms, and knowledge panels integrated directly into your existing website or internal tools. No full rebuild required.

Custom-Built or Combined

Web or app development can be scoped together with any automation. You get one cohesive system, not stitched-together parts.

How we work

01

Discovery

We review your intake form, ask clarifying questions over WhatsApp or email, and map the exact process to automate. No calls, no generic proposals.

02

Design

We architect the system: workflows, data flows, integrations, AI model selection, and the interface layer. You approve the scope and quote before we build.

03

Build

We build, test, and iterate. Regular updates sent asynchronously. Starter projects typically deliver in 2–4 weeks. Enterprise timelines are scoped per project.

04

Handover & Retainer

You receive documentation, access credentials, and a walkthrough. Optional retainer from $250/mo covers ongoing tuning, model updates, and priority support.

Questions we
always hear

Straight answers. No sales speak. If something is not covered here, ask us directly via the form on this page.

How much does it cost?

The ranges below are starting points. The final quote is scoped after a short discovery conversation where we understand your exact workflow.

Hardware not included. Our pricing covers the AI software, integration, and intelligence layer only. Physical infrastructure (IoT sensors, Raspberry Pi, cameras, servers, networking gear) is not included and must be quoted separately or sourced by the client. AI usage is billed monthly on top of the build, based on your actual API consumption.
Payment structure: We work on a 50 / 50 milestone basis: 50% upfront to begin infrastructure setup and development, and the remaining 50% on project completion. Any database and domain hosting required is provided and paid for by the client. Charges for marketing messages sent through WhatsApp are billed directly to you by Meta. Retainer agreements begin one month after the project is delivered.
How long does it take?

Starter and Standard projects typically deliver in 2–4 weeks. Professional projects run 4–8 weeks. Enterprise timelines are scoped per project. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront, and we factor urgency into the quote.

How do we get started?

Fill out the form on this page. We will review your answers and reply with an initial scope and estimate within 24 hours. No calls, no generic proposals. We start from your specific problem.

If your automation includes WhatsApp AI, you will also need to provide supporting business documents for Meta's verification process. This is a requirement by Meta to activate a WhatsApp Business Account under their platform and is a one-time step we guide you through.

What does the discovery and handover process involve?

Before we propose anything, we do a workflow audit: a structured look at how your team actually works today, where the friction is, and what a solution needs to do. That shapes the proposal, so nothing we build is a guess.

On platforms: we deliberately try not to introduce tools you do not already use. If you are running on a particular CRM, messaging app, or operations platform, we build around what you have. Adding a new system means a new learning curve for your team, and we avoid that wherever we can.

Once the system is live, we do not hand you a manual and disappear. We train and walk your team through everything within the first week, staying close until everyone is confident using it.

Which AI models do you use?

It depends on what each use case needs. We match the model to the job, weighing reasoning quality, context length, speed, and cost. The model choice is part of the system design discussion, not a fixed constraint. If you already have your own API key for any AI model, we also support a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) setup, where your key is used, your billing stays with your own account, and your data never passes through ours.

Do you integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. Integration is the core of the work. We connect with CRM, ERP, accounting software, POS systems, WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and custom internal tools via n8n, Make, Zapier, or direct API. Tell us what you are running and we assess the integration path in discovery.

What about ongoing support?

We offer retainer agreements covering monthly health checks, minor adjustments, prompt tuning, and priority support. AI models update, APIs change, and businesses evolve. A retainer keeps the system sharp without requiring you to re-scope each time.

How do you keep our data and WhatsApp account safe?

All systems are built with security as a default, not an afterthought. Data access is scoped to what the automation needs. For RAG systems, your documents stay in your environment. For enterprise clients with compliance requirements, we discuss architecture and data residency upfront. You can also refer to our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle data.

On WhatsApp account health: hitting your daily messaging limit pauses further sends, but that is not the same as getting banned. What actually puts an account at risk is the quality rating. If too many recipients block you, report you, or simply ignore your messages, Meta lowers your rating and your limit, and a sustained pattern of complaints is what leads to a suspension. We manage this by ramping volume gradually and segmenting who receives what, rather than sending one blast to the entire list.

On official limits: every new WhatsApp Business Account starts at 250 messages to unique customers per day. Completing Meta's verification process (or meeting their quality-based scaling criteria) raises that to 2,000, and Meta automatically scales it further from there as long as the quality rating stays healthy and a consistent portion of the current limit is being used. These limits only apply to messages that start a new conversation; replies within a 24-hour window that the customer opened do not count against them. Meta has been adjusting how quickly accounts climb these tiers throughout 2026, so we check the live limit in WhatsApp Manager before planning any campaign rather than working from a fixed number.
